Place
Flexx well out in front of your chair and use it to stretch your
legs. The Flexx will sit at a steeper angle.
With your heels on the ground, try flexing your foot in this position - it is quite difficult, and you will feel the tension in your calf muscles. TIP: don't overdo it too soon! Gentle and regular movement is enough. |
