Work each foot separately or both feet together, moving them as if the Flexx were a treadle. 

Move your ankles to their maximum angles to get the best use of the thigh and calf muscles.

You can do this as much or as little as you like.

TIP:  don't overdo it too soon! You might go home feeling that you have run a half marathon [and in effect you almost will have]. 

Gentle and regular movement is enough.
